Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered by PT Selaras International Global, including but not limited to architectural design services, interior design consultation, MEP consultation, landscape consultation, business and operational consulting, technical drawings, construction details, 3D visualization, quantity and budget support, and other related professional services provided through our website, digital catalog, official quotation, or any other official sales channel.

By placing an order, making a booking, submitting a project request, completing a payment, or using any of our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Definition

For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:

Company refers to PT Selaras International Global.

Client refers to any individual, company, organization, institution, or legal entity that purchases, books, requests, or uses the Company’s services.

Service refers to any consultation, advisory, design, drawing, visualization, budget support, project-related document, or professional service provided by the Company.

Project refers to any work, request, assignment, or scope of service agreed between the Client and the Company.

Deliverables refer to documents, drawings, files, recommendations, reports, images, presentations, calculations, or other outputs provided by the Company as part of the agreed service.

Digital Catalog refers to the online product and service listing used by the Company to display service packages, prices, and payment options.

2. Scope of Services

  • Architectural design consultation.

  • Interior design consultation.

  • Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing consultation.

  • Landscape design consultation.

  • Business and operational consulting.

  • 2D technical architectural drawings.

  • 2D technical interior drawings.

  • 2D technical construction details.

  • 3D visualization.

  • Quantity and budget support.

  • Preliminary cost estimation.

  • Project-related advisory and documentation.

  • Other design, construction, interior, fit-out, or professional consulting services agreed in writing.

Each service has its own scope, deliverables, limitations, pricing, timeline, and revision policy. The exact scope of work shall follow the information stated in the product page, digital catalog, official quotation, proposal, invoice, written agreement, or official communication issued by the Company.

3. Nature of Services

The Company provides professional consulting, design, advisory, documentation, visualization, and project support services.

Unless specifically stated in a quotation or written agreement, the services do not automatically include:

• On-site survey.
• Site measurement.
• Construction work.
• Furniture production.
• Material procurement.
• Installation work.
• Permit application.
• Legal advice.
• Tax advice.
• Structural engineering certification.
• Detailed MEP engineering certification.
• Third-party professional certification.
• Government approval or licensing process.
• Project supervision.
• Site management.
• Printed documents.
• Physical delivery of goods or materials.

Any additional service outside the original scope may be subject to additional fees.

4. Service Information and Pricing

The prices displayed on the website, digital catalog, or product page are based on the scope and specifications stated for each service package.

Prices may vary depending on:

• Project size.
• Building type.
• Project complexity.
• Number of rooms or areas.
• Required deliverables.
• Urgency of work.
• Location.
• Level of detail required.
• Availability of existing data or drawings.
• Additional revisions or changes requested by the Client.

The Company reserves the right to revise pricing if the Client’s actual project requirements differ from the standard package description.

Prices displayed on the website or digital catalog may be starting prices, package prices, or estimated prices, depending on the nature of the service.

5. Order and Booking Process

The order or booking process may include the following steps:

• The Client selects a service from the website, digital catalog, or official communication channel.
• The Client submits required project information, documents, brief, or consultation details.
• The Company reviews the request and confirms whether the selected service is suitable.
• The Company may request additional information before accepting the order.
• The Client completes payment through the official payment method provided by the Company.
• The Company confirms the order, schedule, or project commencement after payment has been received and verified.

An order is considered confirmed only after payment has been received and the Company has accepted the service request.

The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or revise an order if the selected package does not match the actual project requirement.

6. Payment Terms

Full payment may be required before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For certain services or custom projects, payment may be divided into several stages, such as down payment, progress payment, and final payment.

The payment structure shall follow the invoice, quotation, proposal, or written agreement issued by the Company.

All payments must be made through official payment channels provided by the Company.

Any payment gateway fee, bank charge, credit card processing fee, administrative fee, foreign exchange difference, or other third-party fee may be borne by the Client unless stated otherwise.

The Company is not responsible for payment delays, failed transactions, payment holds, chargebacks, or payment verification issues caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateways, or third-party payment providers.

7. Taxes and Additional Charges

Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude applicable taxes, government charges, administrative fees, payment gateway fees, or third-party charges.

If taxes or additional charges are applicable, they will be added to the invoice, quotation, or final billing.

The Client is responsible for any tax, charge, or fee required by applicable regulations or payment providers.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and updated information required for the service.

The Client may be required to provide:

• Project brief.
• Site address.
• Existing drawings.
• Site photos.
• Reference images.
• Room dimensions.
• Building measurements.
• Design preferences.
• Budget range.
• Functional requirements.
• Technical requirements.
• Business data for advisory services.
• Other relevant information requested by the Company.

The Company shall not be responsible for errors, delays, inaccurate recommendations, design mismatch, budget mismatch, or revision requests caused by incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or withheld information provided by the Client.

9. Project Brief and Data Accuracy

All design, drawing, visualization, estimation, or advisory output will be prepared based on the information provided by the Client.

If the Client provides inaccurate dimensions, incorrect site information, incomplete project data, or unclear requirements, the deliverables may also be affected.

Any correction, redesign, recalculation, or revision caused by inaccurate Client-provided information may be treated as additional work and may be subject to additional fees.

10. Service Timeline

The estimated timeline for each service depends on the type of service, complexity, project size, required deliverables, and completeness of the Client’s data.

The timeline may begin after:

• Payment has been received.
• The order has been confirmed.
• The project brief has been approved.
• Required documents and information have been submitted.
• The work schedule has been agreed by both parties.

Any delay in providing information, feedback, approval, or payment may affect the project timeline.

The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by the Client, third parties, force majeure events, payment issues, or changes in project scope.

11. Consultation Services

For consultation-based services, including but not limited to business and operational consulting, interior design consultation, MEP consultation, and landscape consultation:

• The consultation will be conducted online unless stated otherwise.
• The session duration shall follow the selected package or confirmed booking.
• The Client is responsible for attending the session on time.
• If the Client arrives late, the session may still end according to the original schedule.
• The Company is not obligated to extend the session due to Client lateness.
• Any additional consultation session must be booked separately.
• Recommendations provided during consultation are advisory in nature and do not guarantee specific results.

12. Business and Operational Consulting Disclaimer

Business and operational consulting services are intended to provide practical advisory input based on the Client’s business condition, operational challenges, workflow, team structure, SOP, quality control, customer complaint handling, operational efficiency, and monitoring system.

The Company does not guarantee:

1. Revenue increase.
2. Profit improvement.
3. Cost reduction.
4. Business growth.
5. Employee performance improvement.
6. Customer satisfaction improvement.
7. Successful business expansion.
8. Full operational turnaround.
9. Specific financial result.
10. Specific commercial outcome.

The Client remains fully responsible for all decisions, implementations, business actions, operational changes, staffing decisions, investments, and risks taken after the consultation.

13. Design and Drawing Services

For architectural design, interior design, technical drawings, interior drawings, construction details, and related documentation services:

1. The deliverables shall follow the selected package or approved quotation.
2. The Company will prepare drawings based on the Client’s brief and available data.
3. The drawings may be provided in digital format such as PDF, JPG, PNG, DWG, SKP, or other agreed formats.
4. Unless stated otherwise, drawings are prepared for planning, design, presentation, estimation, or project documentation purposes.
5. Any use for construction, permit application, tender, or technical execution must be confirmed in the agreed scope.
6. The Client is responsible for ensuring that all drawings are reviewed by relevant professionals or authorities if required by law or project requirements.

The Company is not responsible for site conditions, structural issues, legal restrictions, permit rejection, contractor errors, material changes, or construction deviations unless such responsibility is specifically agreed in writing.

14. 3D Visualization Services

For 3D visualization services:

1. The output may include rendered images based on the selected package.
2. The visualization is intended for design representation, presentation, marketing, or concept communication.
3. The final result may differ from actual construction due to lighting, material availability, site condition, contractor execution, production method, or technical adjustment.
4. The visualization does not automatically include technical drawings, construction details, working drawings, material specifications, or cost estimation unless stated in the package.

The Company is not responsible for differences between visualization and actual project results if the construction, production, procurement, or installation is handled by other parties.

15. Quantity and Budget Support Services

Quantity and budget support services may include preliminary quantity take-off, budget estimation, cost projection, or general cost support based on the information provided by the Client.

Unless stated otherwise, this service does not constitute a final Bill of Quantity, contractor quotation, tender document, audit report, or guaranteed project cost.

Estimated costs may vary due to:

• Market price changes.
• Material availability.
• Labor cost changes.
• Site condition.
• Location.
• Contractor pricing.
• Design changes.
• Scope changes.
• Specification changes.
• Currency fluctuation.
• Third-party quotation differences.

The Company does not guarantee that the final project cost will match the estimated budget.

16. Revision Policy

Each service may include a limited number of revisions as stated in the product page, quotation, proposal, or written agreement.

Unless stated otherwise:

• Revisions are limited to minor adjustments within the agreed scope.
• Revisions must be requested within the agreed review period.
• Revisions do not include full redesign, change of concept, change of building size, change of function, change of layout direction, change of project brief, or additional deliverables.
• Revisions caused by incomplete or inaccurate Client information may be charged separately.
• Additional revisions beyond the included revision quota may be subject to additional fees.

A revision request must be clear, specific, and consolidated. Revisions submitted in multiple scattered messages may affect the project timeline.

17. Change of Scope

Any request that changes the original scope of work will be considered a change of scope.

Change of scope may include:

• Additional area.
• Additional room.
• Additional drawing.
• Additional rendered image.
• Change of design direction.
• Change of building type.
• Change of package category.
• Change of project purpose.
• Additional consultation.
• Additional technical requirement.
• Additional file format.
• Acceleration request.

The Company may issue an additional quotation for any change of scope.

Work related to the new scope will only begin after the Client approves the additional fee and payment terms.

18. Approval and Feedback

The Client is responsible for reviewing deliverables and providing feedback within the agreed review period.

If the Client does not provide feedback within the agreed period, the deliverables may be considered accepted.

Approval may be given through email, messaging application, signed document, written confirmation, payment continuation, or other communication channel accepted by the Company.

Once a deliverable has been approved, any further changes may be treated as additional work.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel.

For consultation-based services:

  1. Cancellation made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative and third-party fees.

  2. Cancellation made within 24 to 48 hours before the scheduled session may be eligible for a partial refund of up to 50%.

  3. Cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session is non-refundable.

  4. No refund will be provided for no-show, late attendance, or failure to join the session due to Client-side technical issues.

For design, drawing, visualization, quantity and budget support, or document-based services:

  1. Cancellation before the work begins may be eligible for a refund, subject to administrative and third-party fees.

  2. Cancellation after the work has started is non-refundable, either partially or fully, depending on the work progress.

  3. If the work has reached the research, review, drafting, modeling, drawing, estimating, rendering, coordination, or production stage, the Company reserves the right to deduct the value of work already performed.

  4. If the deliverables have been sent to the Client, the service is considered completed and non-refundable.

For custom projects, cancellation terms shall follow the approved quotation, proposal, contract, or written agreement.

Rescheduling Policy

For scheduled consultation or meeting-based services:

  1. Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

  2. Rescheduling is allowed one time only for each booking, unless otherwise agreed.

  3. The new schedule is subject to the availability of the Company.

  4. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session may be rejected.

  5. Failure to attend the rescheduled session will be considered a completed service and no refund will be provided.

If the Company needs to reschedule due to internal reasons, the Client will be offered a new schedule.

Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the service type, cancellation timing, work progress, and payment status.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed through the original payment method or another method agreed by both parties.

Refund processing time may depend on the bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or third-party payment provider.

The following fees may be non-refundable:

  1. Payment gateway fees.

  2. Credit card processing fees.

  3. Bank charges.

  4. Administrative fees.

  5. Third-party fees.

  6. Fees for work already performed.

  7. Consultation time already delivered.

  8. Digital deliverables already sent.

No refund will be provided if:

  1. The service has been completed.

  2. The Client has received the deliverables.

  3. The Client fails to attend the scheduled consultation.

  4. The Client cancels after the work has started.

  5. The Client provides incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information.

  6. The Client changes their mind after payment.

  7. The Client is dissatisfied with advisory recommendations that have been delivered according to the agreed scope.

  8. The Client requests changes outside the original scope.

  9. The Client experiences technical issues from their own device, internet connection, or account access.

Payment Dispute and Chargeback

If the Client initiates a payment dispute, chargeback, reversal, or complaint through a bank, card issuer, or payment provider after the service has been delivered or work has started, the Company reserves the right to submit relevant evidence, including but not limited to:

 

  • Invoice.

  • Payment confirmation.

  • Order record.

  • Project brief.

  • Communication history.

  • Meeting record.

  • Delivery proof.

  • File submission proof.

  • Work progress documentation.

  • Approval or feedback record.

The Client agrees not to initiate a false dispute, fraudulent chargeback, or misleading payment claim for services that have been properly delivered according to the agreed scope.

Delivery of Digital Services

Deliverables may be sent through email, cloud storage, download link, messaging application, project management tool, or other digital delivery method agreed by the Company.

The Client is responsible for downloading, saving, and securing the files after delivery.

The Company may not be responsible for file availability after a certain period.

If files need to be resent after the storage period has ended, additional administrative fees may apply.

Client Agreement

By purchasing, booking, paying, or using any service provided by PT Selaras International Global, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

The Client also confirms that they understand the service scope, pricing, cancellation policy, refund policy, revision policy, and service limitations before proceeding with the transaction.

Note: This cancellation policy may be updated at any time by PT. Selaras International Global to accommodate regulatory adjustments and operational service standards.
