## General Consultation Service Policy To ensure a professional, efficient, and productive consultation experience for every client, the following general policies apply to all consultation services provided through our platform. ### 1. Appointment-Based Service All consultation services are provided strictly by prior appointment. Consultation schedules are arranged based on confirmed availability and completed booking procedures. ### 2. Client Information & Preparation Clients are encouraged to provide complete and accurate project information before the consultation session, including relevant references, dimensions, layouts, images, or supporting documents when applicable. Adequate preparation helps ensure the consultation session remains focused, productive, and aligned with project objectives. ### 3. Consultation Scope Consultation services are intended to provide professional insights, recommendations, conceptual direction, and preliminary guidance related to project planning, design, technical considerations, and execution strategies. Unless otherwise stated in the selected service package, consultation sessions do not include: * Detailed technical drawings * Construction documentation * 3D visualization * Structural calculations * MEP drawings * Site supervision * Permit processing * Procurement or contractor services ### 4. Payment Policy Consultation bookings require payment confirmation before the session schedule can be secured. Payments are processed through the available payment methods provided on the platform, including local and international payment options where applicable. ### 5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Rescheduling and cancellation requests must follow the applicable booking and cancellation policies stated within each consultation service category. Late cancellations, missed sessions, or repeated rescheduling requests may be subject to additional administrative considerations. ### 6. Session Duration Consultation sessions are conducted according to the duration specified in the selected package. Additional discussion time beyond the allocated session may require additional booking arrangements or supplementary consultation fees. ### 7.
